Thanks to a 120-ton CNC broaching machine with a stroke of 3000 mm, Vebro is able to perform broaching operations directly on customer parts, offering a complete service that includes dimensional measurements, shape and profile tolerance checks, surface roughness inspections, and hardness tests.

Upon request, it is possible to certify the conformity of the broached parts to the ISO 1328-1 standards using the advanced metrology software Zeiss Gear Pro.
To complement the service, Vebro offers its customers the possibility to broach small batches of prototypes, facilitating the fine-tuning and start of production, thus ensuring optimal support during the initial phases of the production process.
